Charitable Events
One of the main objectives of the choir is to sing for charitable purposes. If you represent a charity and would like us to perform at an event or concert for your charity, please use the form to the right to contact us. If we have room in our diary we would be honoured to support your fundraising efforts.
The choir can assist with publicity via posters, flyers, Websites and Facebook. The printing costs and fee for the Musical Director and Accompanist will be recovered from admission receipts. A pro-forma contract will be entered into between the choir and the charity concerned.
In our experience, for the event to be successful, it is imperative that the charity and venue are fully engaged and do everything possible to publicise the event and to sell tickets

Private Events
The choir may also be engaged to perform at private events such as weddings, birthdays etc. if available.
A pro-forma contract will be entered into between the choir and the organiser. A fee will be charged for the performance which will depend in part upon the venue.
